Key Role Summary:
The successful candidate will lead and support global labeling operations for eyecare products, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across international markets.
This role will be offered on a 12-month contract and require three days per week in the office in Dublin 17. The position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong project management abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and support global labeling updates for eyecare products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including regulatory affairs, supply chain management, packaging, and brand management teams.
* Report directly to the section manager for global labeling operations.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to coordinate labeling activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Operate primarily in a virtual environment, with meetings aligned to Irish time zones; occasional flexibility required for early/late calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors (eyecare or combination products preferred), including quality/regulatory, operations, and pharma/device regulations.
* Proven ability to work across diverse cultures and complex matrix organizations.
* Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, and supply chain implications in labeling, including non-compliance risks.
* Familiarity with global standards and regulations governing pharmaceutical, device, and combo products, especially those affecting packaging and labeling quality systems.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
* Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and accurate in execution.
* Skilled in project and stakeholder management.
