Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in retail or furniture.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with store managers and marketing teams to develop display ideas that meet seasonal themes and company guidelines;
* Plan and execute floor moves for new and old stock effectively minimizing disruptions to business operations;
* Maintain high visual standards across all stores through regular inspections,
* Analyze sales data to identify slow-moving products necessitating adjustments to product placement;
