Senior F&B Manager Role Overview
The Hodson Bay Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage professional to lead the smooth and efficient running of our award-winning operations.
Our outlets include the Waterfront Bar & Brasserie, L'Escale Restaurant, 52 @ The Bay, and Room Service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and organisation skills, and the ability to train new and existing staff.
* Day-to-day running of Food & Beverage Outlets
* Lead a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Food & Beverage Supervisors, and Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure exceptional customer care
