Principal Consultant Recruitment I Legal IIrish Qualified Solicitor I+353 15921672 I A leading Irish law firm is seeking to recruit a Knowledge Lawyer with a focus on corporate law to join their Knowledge team.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 5+ years PQE (preferably from a large firm environment)
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse Irish and EU legal developments Prepare internal briefings and current awareness updates Maintain and enhance precedent collections and internal know-how Contribute to training, education materials, and legal tech initiatives Support client-facing briefings and tailored training sessions Candidate Profile: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of five years' relevant experience Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks and client priorities Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills Commercially aware with an interest in legal innovation and technology Highly organised with a proactive, collaborative mindset This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to transition into a strategic and knowledge-focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
