My client, a leading global insurance company is recruiting a Senior Commercial Underwriter and a Commercial Underwriter for their growing property and casualty team.
These are new investment roles due to growth in their middle-market role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid).
The role is focused on new business acquisition in the middle-market segment including liaising and building relationships with broker partners.
About Your New Job, you will be responsible for: Underwriting and converting new Property and Casualty business in SME/middle-market in line with the business plan.
Collaborating with sales and distribution, operations and underwriting management.
Building strong relationships with brokers including occasional visits to brokers.
What skills You Need CIP Qualified At least 3 years experience in property and casualty underwriting for the Commercial Underwriter position and at least 5 years in property and casualty for the Senior Commercial Underwriter role.
Experience in the SME / middle-market insurance market.
