We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects across Mayo.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all on-site activities
Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and site staff
Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety legislation, BCAR requirements, and building regulations
Track project programmes, quality benchmarks, and site costs
Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, design teams, and senior management
Review drawings, resolve site issues, and drive progress on site
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor role
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR procedures
Proven ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple subcontractors
Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and IT skills

Pay: €53,831.62-€87,281.96 per year
