We're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands -on role focused on value creation, operational oversight, and execution across assets including retail, office, industrial, and residential.The Role:Drive asset -level business plans to enhance value and returnsOversee leasing, capex, and third -party partnersMonitor financial performance and KPIsPrepare reporting, valuations, and hold/sell analysesSupport restructuring and special situations as neededRequirements:5–10 years' experience in real estate asset management or investmentsStrong modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus)Proven ability to manage external partnersExperience with value -add or opportunistic assets a plusComfortable with complexity and fast -paced environments
