**Job Role: HR Partner for Building Experience Team (BeXT)**
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic leader to join our BeXT team as an HR Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the experience of our Builders across Amazon.
Your responsibilities will include influencing change, fostering inclusivity, and problem-solving in diverse populations. You will work in a fast-paced environment driven by continuous innovation and apply HR fundamentals to achieve business objectives.
You will collaborate with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience. Your flexibility, consulting skills, and ability to connect the bigger picture with details will be essential in this role.
The typical day of an HR Partner may involve consulting, coaching, and developing leadership through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. You will also foster and model an inclusive environment, advocate for Builders' needs, exercise high-judgement, and manage through ambiguity.
