Key Responsibilities:
As Process Optimisation Lead, you will spearhead a team of process optimisation specialists, guiding and developing strategies to drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and Quality Heads to provide leadership and maintain product and process quality.
* Develop and implement process optimisation strategy
* Lead a team of assigned experts to deliver project objectives
* Collaborate with Operations Management Team to achieve optimal business outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 8 Honours Degree in Engineering or Science, 6 years of experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment, and recognised certification in Lean Manufacturing. They should be able to analyse and correct complex process and/or system issues, exhibit exceptional analytical skills, and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
