Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving revenue targets and implementing online growth strategies to improve business performance across European markets.
* Continually explore market opportunities and evolving search technologies and methodologies to create new ways of engaging customers via search, resulting in an ever-improving search ROI.
* Work within the European Marketing team to improve online sales through the development and implementation of paid search and SEO strategies for our European business.
* Provide performance and budget reporting for the Executive Leadership Team.
* Manage all paid search, programmatic, offsite retargeting, clickthrough affiliates and SEO efforts across our portfolio of European D2C websites.
* Optimise copy and landing pages for SEM campaigns, perform ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimisation, and research and analyse competitor activity.
* Design and deliver a 12-month search engine optimisation plan to improve search engine ranking and overall website visibility.
Requirements:
* Education to degree level.
* Experience in implementing and managing SEM strategies to increase sales generation and website conversion.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and Looker.
* Solid understanding of the digital landscape and online methodologies with a focus on search and optimisation.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations to improve sales, user experience and brand awareness.
* Experience with using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush and Lighthouse.
* Data modelling and statistical optimisation experience.
* Solid understanding of eCommerce and online marketing principles.
* Italian language skills advantageous.
