Operational Excellence Lead
This role provides a unique opportunity to embed and sustain continuous improvement processes in line with international standards at a growing site.
* Provide operational excellence support to business unit leadership teams and functional departments through the development of business process standards.
* Shape and lead site-wide change programs using lean and six sigma methodologies.
* Embed and sustain managing site performance business process standard on site.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as innovative and adaptable approach to business challenges.
They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A third-level degree or qualification in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is required. Certification to black/green belt level or relevant lean/six sigma qualification is desirable.
