With a strong reputation built over four decades and as a purpose-driven organisation, we operate with a clear philosophy:we do not provide any service that isn't good enough for our own families.Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.*Role Summary***We're looking for an experienced and motivated Aged Care Funding Manager to lead and optimise funding across Residential Aged Care (AN-ACC) and Support at Home programs. In this role, you'll ensure client assessments and documentation are accurate and compliant, funding processes are efficient, and opportunities for maximising revenue are realised, all while supporting high-quality, person-centred care. You'll also provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic oversight to help the organisation stay financially sustainable and deliver exceptional care*Responsibilities And Duties*Oversee AN-ACC assessments, classifications and funding compliance.Monitor and optimise Support at Home budgets and care plans.Lead audits, reporting, and funding performance analysis.Provide training, guidance, and mentorship on funding processes.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve funding outcomes.This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and works across our aged care facilities in WA and QLD.*Skills, Attributes And Experience*Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Administration, Finance or related field - RN preferred5+ years' experience in aged care funding management.Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.Experience with aged care management systemsKnowledge of aged care legislation, compliance, and funding reforms.*Key Requirements:*AHPRA RegistrationPossess or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and a National Police ClearanceHold a valid driver's licence and have access a reliable vehicleWhat's On Offer?Competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to $30K in performance bonusesA genuinely supportive and inclusive team environmentOngoing professional development and training programs on offerSt Jude's Guildford Village is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
