Site Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced site leader to join our team. As a key member of our construction operations, you will be responsible for managing industrial relations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and contractual commitments, and driving workplace health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage industrial relations matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* E nsure completion of all company procedures and contractual commitments.
* Implement and manage workplace health and safety programs, including development and maintenance of safety manuals.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction sites.
* Practical experience in RC frame and fittings.
