Regional Training Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to lead our training governance, compliance and staff capability across multiple sites.
1. Lead the planning, delivery and governance of mandatory and regulatory training including safeguarding, infection prevention & control (IPC theory), manual handling (theory and coordination of practical delivery) among others.
2. Maintain a standardised induction programme for all new staff.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate, centralised training records using Timepoint.
* Support compliance audits by conducting quarterly remote audits and targeted on-site reviews.
