Your new company This role is part-time This organisation have a central office based in Dublin. They are a well known brand in the online retail industry and are seeking a part-time AP specialist to join the team. This role is permanent, and offers 2 days per week. The 2 days must be worked in the office, so applicants must be based in Dublin or within a reasonable commuting distance. This role may require more than 20 hours in some weeks during busy times, so will not suit those on student Visas. Applicants must hold full working rights on a permanent basis to be considered. Your new role You will be tasked with end-to-end accounts payable processing including : Invoice processing Supplier set up, management and query resolution Payment run preparation PO and non-PO processing Matching and coding Reconciliations Reporting Assisting with other month-end and ad-hoc finance and admin tasks. What you'll need to succeed You must have experience processing high volumes of AP invoices for multiple entities within the EMEA Market to be considered. 5+ Years experience in AP Experience using systems such as Sage desired Previous experience managing an AP function, with full ownership of external suppliers Ability to work well on your own initiative Strong communication and interpersonal skills What you'll get in return You will be offered a competitive salary of up to €50,000 pro rata / circa €25 per hour. This role offers around 2 days per week and is flexible on hours and days worked. Other benefits include VHI, Pension and industry-specific perks. The office is easily accessible from multiple public transport routes. Due to its city centre location, parking is not offered as they are on a main shopping street.
