Clonabreany House is currently seeking to recruit a Wedding and Events coordinator to join their Wedding Events Team.Clonabreany House is a private wedding event venue, located in Crossakiel between the towns of Kells and Oldcastle in Co. Meath. At Clonabreany House we pride ourselves on providing the perfect wedding events for our couples by offering fabulous service and effortless attention to detail.This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The coordinator will work within a team supporting couples from the planning stages through to the wedding day, ensuring all aspects of the wedding event run smoothly.Duties to include:Manage the wedding booking process, including initial sales enquiries, show rounds, contracts, and payment schedules.Act as the liaison between couples and the venue, providing guidance, support, and timely communication.Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, operations, housekeeping) to deliver a seamless event.Build and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers (florists, photographers, entertainment, décor companies etc).Troubleshoot and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.Maintain accurate records, reports, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.SkillsPrevious experience in event coordination, preferably within weddings.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients and suppliers.Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.A keen eye for detail and design, with an understanding of wedding trends.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (desirable).Personal QualitiesProfessional, warm, and approachable manner.High level of initiative and self-motivation.Ability to work under pressureTeam player with a positive, can-do attitude.A full driving license and transport is essential due to the rural location of the venue.
