Elis delivers a complete textile rental and laundry service to various sectors, including clothing, chef ware, cloths, entrance mats, mops, bed and bath linen, and hygiene equipment for public toilets. Operating across four business lines—Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear, and Facility—we collaborate with thousands of organizations across Europe.

We are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager for our Cleanroom division.

The Key Account Manager will ensure efficient service delivery to all cleanroom customers across Ireland, acting as the primary liaison between customers and our two cleanroom sites (Birr and Glanmire). Responsibilities include communicating customer requirements internally, updating customers on enquiries and deliveries, and developing strong relationships with key personnel and decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and sound judgment to navigate complex situations with shifting priorities. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders (production, QA, sales, distribution, stores, credit control, customer service, admin, IT) is crucial to providing top-tier service.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the General Manager and stakeholders with up-to-date customer data and information.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel.
3. Visit customers regularly to foster good relations, resolve service issues, review contracts, and retain business.
4. Host weekly/monthly meetings with top 12 customers.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure clear communication of customer requirements and address potential issues.
6. Upsell new products to existing customers to meet sales targets.
7. Collaborate on tender documents with the GM and sales team.
8. Monitor customer usage, stock levels, and utilize the ABS system for reporting.
9. Generate reports on production trends, invoices, price changes, stock, and complaints using ABS.
10. Plan and execute timely customer contract renewals.
11. Conduct stock takes, measurements, and product demonstrations for key customers.
12. Work with regional personnel to generate revenue and sales reports.
13. Manage debt control for the customer base.
14. Ensure customers view Elis as their contamination control partner and reliable supplier.
