The Role:
Working as part of a market-leading team, the successful Real Estate Solicitor will advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leasing and asset management
- Real estate finance
- Development and construction
- Planning, environmental, and energy/renewables-related matters
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documentation
- Navigating regulatory and legal complexities for multi-faceted transactions
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and managing relationships
- Delivering clear, commercial advice across legal, technical and due diligence aspects
- Supporting business development initiatives and collaborating across departments
The Person:
We are seeking candidates with around 2–4 years' PQE and:
- Strong real estate experience gained in a top-tier or international firm
- Deep technical knowledge and commercial awareness of key property issues
- Experience drafting in a clear, client-focused manner
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach
- Confidence working with professional standards and compliance systems
- Familiarity with using legal tech tools and strong research/resource utilisation
