Senior Resident Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer to lead water network improvement projects in the Meath area.
* Drive project delivery on site, focusing on health and safety, time management, cost control, and quality standards.
* Ensure works comply with contract documents and applicable specifications.
* Monitor and report on site activities to Employer's Requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of post-graduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works, including water or wastewater projects.
Key requirements:
* Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
* Experience with FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract (advantageous but not essential).
* SafePass card and confined spaces training desirable.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Travel flexibility is also necessary due to the nature of the role.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records. A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
