PRS Household Services are looking for an experienced hotel common area cleaner for a brand new hotel development.
General responsibilities:
* To ensure the hotel provides the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests.
* To delivery excellent care to our guests
* To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
* To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate to head office.
* To ensure that personal objectives are set and achieved on a yearly basis.
* To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.
* To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations
Specific Duties
* To carry out all duties in line with your job responsibilities.
* To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department.
* To keep the building's common areas in pristine condition.
* To have an eye for detail and complete ad-hoc tasks as they are required.
Requirements
* English speaking.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel preferably cleaning the common areas
* Flexibility on working hours and requirements.
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
