Role Purpose Human Resources Administrator Maternity Cover January 2026 September 2026 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator for Maternity Cover to support our Irish based employees and wider Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with 1 2 years experience and who is egar to grow, learn and build a strong foundation within a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment. This role will have a 4-day working week (24 hours per week). Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding processes. Act as a trusted point of contact for both employees and managers. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Prepare HR reports. Help run HR projects and initiatives with the HR Team. What Were Looking For 12 years of HR experience. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn.
