Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated security engineer leader with expertise in Cloud security to join our team. As a key member of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's (OCI) Security Organization, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the cloud and broader enterprise from adversaries and insider threats. As our team continues to grow and expand into ambitious new initiatives, we seek a Senior Director to lead the Foundational Security program. In this highly visible role within OCI Security, you will lead teams of engineers and security experts to identify, assess, and drive security testing, monitoring and innovation. You will partner closely with Cloud Security leadership and collaborate across OCI and broader Oracle business operations and leadership teams to drive operational excellence, security communications, and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business operations within a technology-driven environment, exceptional program management skills, and a proven ability to execute high-impact initiatives at scale. Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, and business analytics capabilities are essential to thrive in this role. You'll have expertise and passion in building out teams and platforms to solve difficult security problems in distributed systems, multi-tenant services and large-scale infrastructures.
