In our Manufacturing Engineering Department, we support Product Value streams to meet customer and patient needs daily. Our focus is on delivering high-maturity manufacturing processes and maintaining high-quality performance. The Manufacturing Engineer II contributes to our mission to manufacture products that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

A Day in The Life Of:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Support daily production activities: troubleshooting equipment, process, and materials issues; yield monitoring; loss mitigation; Gemba & MPS activities.
* Support quality investigations (customer complaints, in-process test failures, etc.).
* Develop and maintain equipment, tooling, and fixturing.
* Lead and participate in continuous process improvement projects using problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 5 Why, 6M, etc.).
* Update and collaborate on document releases (EB documents, DHR, Op, VS, etc.) using Agile.
* Support installation of new equipment through troubleshooting, issue resolution, and validation activities.
Key Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (minimum Level 8).
* 2-3 years’ experience, ideally in the MedTech industry.
* Strong team player with proactive, effective cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.
* Experience with SAP/Agile required.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks & Mainsaver.
* Data analysis skills with Minitab, Excel, and Power BI are advantageous.
* Demonstrate Medtronic Mindsets and possess good presentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
* People management experience is desirable.
