Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Facilities CoordinatorCorporate Accounts – Technology/Finance - DublinKey Responsibilities:Facility Operations ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all visitors and staffBased at the front of house reception deskMonitor and process daily customer reports (approximately 200 annually)Support our site manager in the maintenance, repairs, and improvements of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Support vendor relationships and service contractsConduct regular building inspections and safety auditsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsFront Of House & Client ExperienceSituated at the front of house reception deskFirst point of contact for all visitors, contractors attending the siteEnergetic, welcoming and friendly to all who enter the officeControl contractor and visitor logsAsset and Inventory ManagementMaintain an up-to-date inventory of office equipment and furnitureManage procurement processes for new equipment and suppliesImplement and maintain an effective asset tracking systemSustainability and Energy ManagementImplement and monitor energy-saving initiativesPromote sustainable practices in the workplaceTrack and report on environmental performance metricsBudget and Financial ManagementSupport the site manager with the facilities budgetTrack expenses and identify cost-saving opportunitiesTrack invoices and spendProject ManagementParticipate in facility improvement projectsCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budgetEvent ManagementSupport the planning and execution of on-site eventsManage logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate functionsEnsure compliance with event-related policies and standardsCross functional collaboration with the global events team to ensure consistency of delivery in eventsVendor and Contract ManagementNegotiate service level agreements (SLAs) with vendorsConduct regular performance reviews of service providers and provide feedback to the account directorEnsure compliance with contractual obligationsQualifications and Skills:Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environmentKnowledge of building systems and maintenance practices idealProficiency in Google Suite applicationsFamiliarity with CAD software and space planning toolsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in German and English, both written and spokenKnowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations idealExperience in vendor managementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExperience with change management processes in workplace transitionsAbout JLL –We're JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
