An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee and Experienced Travel Agent at Abbey Travel Killarney, Naas & Swords, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
* Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
* Conversing with your client by phone and email.
* Seeking feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus.
* At least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays.
* Passion for Travel.
* A strong client focus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good organisational skills.
* An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
* A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
