IT Support Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical problem-solving skills and provide exceptional customer service to ensure seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as iOS and Android devices.
* Perform basic administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
* Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals.
* Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar IT support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with remote support tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow.
