Payroll Assistant We are currently working with a repeat client of in the local area in helping them recruit for a Payroll Assistantto join their team. The successful candidate will join a successful and growing business and join a busy payroll department with an employer who offer a wide variety of employee benefits including a competitive salary, flexible and hybrid working hours and an early finish on a Friday. Main Responsibilities: Process client payroll information accurately Producing payroll reports for clients and liaise with management regarding any issues Maintaining payroll processing system Investigate and resolve any time sheet discrepancies Deal with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Keep up to date with payroll legislation changes and any other information that may effect payroll processing Ensuring smooth and efficient administration of pensions Other relevant duties The successful candidate must have: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position Payroll or accounts qualification Excellent communication skills A positive attitude towards work The ability to work to deadlines The successful candidate will receive: Competitive salary Full-time permanent position Early finish on a Friday A list of other employee benefits What you need to do: If you are interested in this position, click on theapply link below or call for more information.
