We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, including preparing HR forms, processing orders, and managing invoices. You will also be responsible for general administration duties, such as filing, typing, data input, and photocopying.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the SEO and Senior Executive Officer
* Prepare HR forms and process orders
* Manage invoices and check/verify Utility Bills, Agency, Storage, Cleaning, and Printer Invoices
* Perform general administration duties, including filing, typing, data input, and photocopying
* Minute taking as required
* Deal with queries by phone, email, and post
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Previous experience within the HSE is desirable
* Strong typing skills are essential
* Dictaphone typing is a plus but not essential
* Excellent communication, organizational, and presentational skills
* Attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline-orientated
