What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience
* Background in
customer service, retention, customer sales, or client advisor or similar,
is highly beneficial
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage
* Driven, resilient, and eager to learn
* Based in Dublin or open to relocation
Average Year 1 Compensation:
€45,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission, with strong potential to grow)
Location:
Monday–Friday, in-person at our Dublin City Centre office
