We’re Hiring: General Manager – Ireland (Dublin)

With an established €16m business and significant runway ahead, we’re looking for a high-impact, commercially driven General Manager to take full ownership of our Ireland operation and drive the next phase of growth.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, grow, and transform opportunity.
The Role
Reporting to the COO – UK & Ireland, you will have full accountability for:
Revenue growth and profitability
Operational performance and scalability
Client success and retention
You’ll lead from the front—combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—to win new business, expand client relationships, and elevate performance across the board.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Commercial Growth
Own and deliver the Ireland growth strategy
Win new business and expand existing accounts
Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations
Build Paragon’s market presence in Ireland
P&L Ownership
Full responsibility for revenue, cost, and EBITDADrive margin improvement and financial discipline
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Operational Excellence
Build scalable, efficient operating models
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation
Develop senior client relationships
Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point
Lead key client engagements and strategic reviews
Leadership & Culture
Build and inspire high‑performing teams
Create a results‑driven, accountable culture
Develop future leaders and talent pipelines
Strategic Alignment
Partner with UK leadership and group stakeholders
Provide clear, data‑driven business insights
Contribute to wider group initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of delivering profitable growth in outsourced services or similar
Strong commercial acumen with experience owning a €10m+ P&L
Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing accounts
A hands‑on leader who can operate strategically and operationally
Resilient, driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience
8–10+ years in leadership roles within outsourced services, operations, or related sectors
Background in general management, commercial leadership, or business development
Degree qualified or equivalent experience
