Youth Floating Support Worker Job Description
Our organization provides individualized support to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining their tenancy.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate and have experience working with children/young people in a similar setting.
* Provide holistic support to young people on a one-to-one and group basis.
* Identify support plans in partnership with young people and professionals.
* Advocate on behalf of young people for their housing rights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A strong understanding of the issues affecting homeless young people is essential.
