Daily Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for the O&M management of data center server hardware and network equipment. Develop and execute IT O&M strategies and plans to ensure stability. Ensure metrics such as timely repair rate and risk closure rate meet targets. Standardize operations and ensure work orders comply with SLA requirements.Safety & Compliance: Promote safe and compliant data center operations. Identify risks and establish management mechanisms to prevent major liability accidents.Optimization & Improvement: Optimize O&M processes and energy efficiency management. Develop O&M policies and emergency response plans to enhance the operational stability of IT equipment.Technical Support: Provide IT tools to optimize troubleshooting efficiency. Identify critical issues with networks, servers, etc., and resolve on-site technical problems to improve troubleshooting efficiency.Team Management: Responsible for managing the data center IT O&M team, including performance appraisals, talent pipeline development, and capability training. Plan technical training to improve IT service levels. Establish smooth communication channels with relevant teams, coordinate resources, prevent operational risks, and ensure the effective implementation of strategies.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer science or relevant major.Minimum 5 years of O&M management or project experience with IT, server, and network-related hardware. Data center O&M experience is preferred.Familiar with server and network infrastructure technologies and IT service delivery principles. Ability to develop O&M processes and standards. Familiar with IT service management (ITSM) processes.Ability to ensure the effective execution of processes according to business requirements, achieve stability targets required by SLAs, and identify and resolve operational problems.Team management experience; ability to coordinate and leverage multi-party resources to complete key projects and jointly handle complex issues.Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, with good communication and emergency handling skills. Able to adapt to a high-intensity O&M pace.Fluency in English is required as it is the primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or the local language is highly preferred.This is an onsite position requiring physical presence at the facility during business days
