We are seeking a skilled Project Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team working on highway, public realm, and transportation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their technical expertise in contract administration and project management.

Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections;
* Preparing and presenting reports to clients;
* Drafting and reviewing correspondences to contractors;
* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders;
* Managing day-to-day operational duties;
* Continuously improving operations and delivering quality customer service;
* Proposing alternatives for expediting / recovering of project schedules with contractors for presentation to, and agreement with, the client;
* Attending Risk Reduction meetings and recording actions and mitigations agreed;
* Monitoring contractual compliance by the contractor, and early identification of issues and problems.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline;
* 5 years + post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects;
* Ideally experienced in mechanical/electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Experience in chairing meetings and managing resources;
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience in Infrastructure O&M schemes and Intelligent Transport Systems;
* Familiarity with PPP and NEC3 contracts, commercial risk, and procurement strategies;
* Knowledge of highway engineering standards, including DMRB.
