Job Title: Laboratory Manager
The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled professionals in the Microbiology Laboratory, ensuring excellent service delivery to customers while maintaining compliance with INAB and ISO 17025 standards. They will provide technical direction, support, and advice on Microbiology as an area of analytical expertise.
Responsibilities:
* • Lead and manage the laboratory operations, delivering high-quality services to customers.
* • Provide technical guidance, support, and advice in relation to microbiology.
* • Responsible for the development, validation, troubleshooting quality assurance within the laboratory.
* • Manage team workloads across multiple projects with competing priorities and resources.
Requirements:
1. a bachelor's degree (BSc/Msc) in Microbiology or other relevant disciplines.
a minimum of five years' experience in a commercial laboratory setting,
with progressive responsibility/authority,
and extensive experience designing extracting quantifying data using various instrumentation technologies;
