About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Administrative Assistant
to provide essential support to daily business operations in our Ireland office. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, assist various teams with documentation and coordination, and maintain efficient office procedures that support overall organizational performance.
You will work closely with internal departments and management, providing hands-on assistance in scheduling, communications, and record-keeping while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Organize and maintain records, files, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist in preparing reports, meeting materials, and documentation.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements when necessary.
* Support team members with general administrative and clerical tasks.
* Handle email and phone communications with professionalism.
* Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement and inventory management.
* Help maintain smooth workflow across departments.
* Provide ad hoc support to management or project teams as required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
