You'll attract and engage top talent, champion diversity and inclusion, and deliver a seamless, efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is an opportunity to make an impact by ensuring business success through exceptional hiring.Key duties include but are not limited to:• Building strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers, guiding them on the mosteffective sourcing strategies, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening,interviewing, and extending offers.• Ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process that aligns with organizational goals andtimelines.• Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, employeereferrals, networking, and other innovative methods.• Leveraging data and market insights to predict sourcing channel success, refining yourapproach to be both effective and efficient in candidate sourcing.• Creating candidate pipelines for current and future talent needs, engaging both active andpassive prospects to nurture ongoing talent connections.• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by providing timely communication, clearexpectations, and personalized engagement throughout the recruitment process.• Understanding candidates' unique aspirations and circumstances, to foster meaningfulconnections and illustrate the opportunities Eirgen offers.• Developing Eirgen's EVP. Contributing to employer branding initiatives, including socialmedia campaigns, recruitment events, and career fairs.• Coordinating the offer management process as candidates transition smoothly into theironboarding journey with Eirgen.• Implementing a new Applicant tracking system.• Lead Talent Acquisition projects.About youIdeal candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ideallysupporting the pharmaceutical industry. Strong stakeholder engagement is a must for this role. Apassion to elevate HR practices and lean into other HR disciplines is desirable. Ability to managemultiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
