Piping Supervisor Opportunity
The role of Piping Supervisor involves overseeing and coordinating piping installation activities at the construction site. The supervisor ensures compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
* Responsibilities include supervising daily piping construction activities, such as fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, and flushing.
* The supervisor must interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications to ensure accurate work execution.
* A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all work is performed according to design, specifications, and project standards.
* Additionally, the supervisor monitors and verifies contractor and subcontractor work quality and progress.
This position requires a third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 7 years of experience in piping construction are necessary, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and construction standards is essential, along with familiarity with isometrics, P&IDs, and piping material specifications.
