Site Manager Residential Construction (Dublin) We are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 residential developer seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale housing and apartment project in Dublin. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, from groundworks through to final handover. The successful candidate will be a driven professional capable of managing sub-contractors, maintaining high-quality finishes, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards. Core Responsibilities Site Management: Direct and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Sub-contractor Coordination: Manage and supervise various trades and sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication of project milestones and quality expectations. Health & Safety: Act as the primary lead for site safety, conducting regular inductions, tool-box talks, and ensuring full compliance with HSA regulations. Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and BCAR requirements. Programme Management: Monitor project progress against the master schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines. Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for architects, engineers, local authorities, and client representatives. Candidate Profile & Compensation Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background with significant management experience. Minimum of 58 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically on medium to large-scale residential developments. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and BCAR processes. Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams and sub-contractors. Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and CSCS tickets. Compensation Salary Range: €80,000 €90,000 per annum (Negotiable based on project portfolio).
