Your new role includes:
Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer as needed.
Mixing and matching paint to achieve desired colours and finishes, ensuring consistency in application.
Utilising spray guns, compressors, and other equipment to apply paint evenly and professionally.
Inspecting completed work to assess quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spray booth and painting area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Following safety guidelines and protocols while handling paints, solvents, and equipment.
Experience you need:
Proven experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques.
Ability to use spray guns and other painting equipment proficiently.
Familiarity with surface preparation, sanding, and refinishing methods.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
