Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a luxury property in County Clare.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to contribute to the success of our high-end kitchen, where creativity, precision, and high standards are paramount.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior chefs on daily operations, and contributing to menu innovation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your designated section
* Collaborate with the senior kitchen team on daily ordering, pricing, and supplier communications
* Help minimize food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations
* Train and guide junior staff in line with the expectations of a skilled Chef de Partie
* Assist in recipe development, food tastings, and menu costings for all hotel outlets
* Maintain excellent hygiene standards and complete HACCP records accurately
* Monitor kitchen equipment and report any faults immediately
Requirements:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment
* Strong cooking, presentation, and organisational skills
* Banqueting or multi-outlet kitchen experience is an advantage
* A passion for quality, creativity, and continuous development
* Knowledge of HACCP and safe working practices
* Team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a thriving kitchen
