Job Title: Experienced M&E Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a large commercial project in the Galway area.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control project setup, progress and closeout
* Assist with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule
* Set up and maintain budgets and expenditures
* Maintain project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with quality management plans
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met
* Coordinate team communications, interactions and activities
* Produce risk assessments of the project
* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver to their standards and address any problems
* Provide technical advice and expertise to the team
Requirements
* 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
* Degree level education in a Building Services related subject
* Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams, and working towards health and safety standards
* Knowledge of project management principles
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
