We are seeking a part-time transition to a full-time Recruitment Manager with a strong background in Accounting and Bookkeeping to lead and manage hiring efforts for finance-related roles, as well as other areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands both U.S. recruitment practices and the technical skills required in accounting and bookkeeping positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance-related roles
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for the roles in other areas
* Source, screen, and interview candidates with U.S. market experience
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
* Review resumes and assess technical/accounting knowledge
* Coordinate interviews and oversee candidate communications
* Maintain accurate hiring records and recruitment pipelines
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years working with U.S. clients is mandatory
* Background or hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
