We are recruiting a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for graduates with 2 years of customer service experience.
The job is based in Dublin West and involves a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calls and emails from customers.
* Assist in managing and maintaining customer accounts.
* Process payments, dealer processes, settlements, and account terminations.
* Resolve first-level customer complaints.
* Liaise with other departments and personnel.
* Update and manage systems.
Requirements:
* 2 years of proven experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a call centre.
* A qualification or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* A keen sense of attention to detail, communication skills, and numerical ability.
