Business Development Professional
We are seeking a sales professional to drive new business growth, identify and close opportunities in the Cork area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect new customers in Cork and surrounding regions
* Qualify leads and manage full sales cycles
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems; manage pipeline forecasting
* Collaborate with Marketing & Inside Sales for campaigns, content, and lead follow-ups
* Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Report on market trends and competitive landscapes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in new business sales or hunter roles ideally in IT/technology
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting - cold calling, setting meetings, qualifying
* Strong communication & presentation skills; confident in engaging decision-makers
* Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity products is beneficial
* Experience using sales tools / CRM systems
* Fully qualified driving license
