We're seeking someone with a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a knack for shaping and contributing to compelling visual content.Position Overview:The Integrated Creative/Brand Strategist,specialising in strategic communication, will be responsible for driving strategic alignment across all client content frameworks, ensuring that creativity, messaging, and opportunities are connected across every content calendar and touchpoint. This rolesits betweencreative strategy and account management. You won't just be doing the strategic thinking, you'll be driving the following: managing expectations, sign-offs, timelines, and ensuring the creative strategy flows from ideation through to execution.Responsibilities:Lead Content Alignment: Oversee and connect multiple client content calendars, ensuring themes, topics, and campaigns are consistent across teams, accounts, and platforms.Strategic Creative Storytelling: Spot opportunities to connect narratives across clients, ensuring that internal teams are telling cohesive stories within shared content pillars.Content Framework Development: Build and refine content pillars, themes, and frameworks across multiple content calendars that support each client's strategy.Strategic Oversight: Identify opportunities to create evergreen content, leverage client brand events, and strategically repurpose creative assets for long-term value.Persona & Insights Sessions: Facilitate persona-building and strategic workshops to ensure all creative output speaks directly to client's audience needs and motivations.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio team of copywriters, designers, and social media specialists to translate content strategy into clear, actionable creative direction.Account Management: Drive timelines, manage client expectations, oversee and manage sign-offs, ensure feedback loops are closed, and confirm all approved frameworks and feedback are actioned correctly, ensuring all deliverables are on track.Drive Account Strategy: Identify creative upsell opportunities (e.g. half shoots, evergreen campaigns, cross-channel initiatives).Reporting and Sign-Off: Oversee strategic and creative reports for review, ensuring they reflect strategic clarity and next steps for implementation.Requirements:Experience: 3–5 years in a strategy, content, or account management role (agency experience strongly preferred).Education: Degree or diploma in Strategic Communication, Marketing, Brand Strategy, or a related creative field.Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creativity, branding knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, excellent time management, and the ability to think ahead and act proactively.Bonus: Background in employer branding or integrated content planning across multiple clients.Soft Skills:A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs rather than waits for instructions.Able to connect dots across brands, teams, spot opportunities, and drive alignment.A balance of creative curiosity and strategic thinking with operational discipline.
