Accountant (Admin Assistant)


We are hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support a US-based business with day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational support. This role is ideal for someone reliable, process-driven, and comfortable juggling accounting and admin tasks in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records using Xero
* Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
* Assist with monthly close activities
* Manage and update spreadsheets (tracking, reconciliations, reporting)
* Provide admin support (hotel and flight bookings, basic coordination tasks)
* Assist with customer experience tickets and follow-ups
* Support basic CRM tasks in HubSpot (updating records, notes, pipelines)

Candidate Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant with US clients
* Hands-on experience with Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
* Proven experience with AR/AP and month-end close
* Comfortable handling admin and operational tasks alongside bookkeeping
* Some working knowledge of HubSpot
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Reliable home setup and ability to work consistently during US business hours
