Job Title: Integrated Retail Marketing and E-commerce Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Integrated Retail Marketing and E-commerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated retail marketing and e-commerce strategies that support commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail marketing and/or e-commerce management, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. They will also possess a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and CRM systems, as well as excellent project management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Management: Select and manage product ranges for all online sales platforms, oversee the creation and presentation of high-quality product photography and listings, manage online merchandising, pricing structures, and product descriptions to optimise customer engagement and conversion, monitor online sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to increase revenue, produce regular KPI reports detailing online sales, web traffic, and performance analytics, liaise with internal teams regarding product availability, assortment, and recommendations, collaborate with the Digital Marketing function to enhance website visibility and customer acquisition.
2. Retail Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to support retail performance across all stores and digital platforms, manage and coordinate promotional campaigns, both online and in-store, to maximise visibility and drive sales, maintain and optimise all Google My Business listings to ensure store information, imagery, and customer interactions are accurate and up to date, plan and deliver retail events, product launches, and promotional activities to increase footfall and community engagement, build and manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, bloggers, stylists, and influencers to strengthen brand positioning, ensure all marketing and communications align with brand identity and messaging standards, collaborate with group marketing to ensure broad alignment with key aspects of the group strategy.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage CRM systems to support customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives, develop and execute targeted communication and promotional campaigns informed by CRM data and analytics, work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high data quality and optimise customer lifecycle management.
4. Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the delivery of advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional media channels, monitor and analyse campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness, return on investment, and future opportunities, ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data protection requirements.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Analyse marketing and e-commerce performance data to inform strategic and operational decision-making, produce regular reports on sales trends, customer insights, and campaign outcomes, identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across marketing and e-commerce activities.
