Role Overview
As a
Renewals Executive
, you will be responsible for managing and closing renewal contracts across our existing customer base, while identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to maximise revenue. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. You will leverage AI-powered insights and automation tools to streamline renewal processes, forecast accurately, and maintain data integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Renewal Management: Proactively engage customers whose subscriptions are due for renewal, using AI-driven alerts and predictive analytics to prioritise outreach.
* Sales Execution: Convert renewal opportunities into closed deals, ensuring efficient order processing and accurate CRM updates.
* Cross-sell & Up-sell: Identify additional product opportunities using automated account insights and customer usage data.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline capable of delivering against monthly and quarterly targets, supported by AI forecasting tools.
* Partner Collaboration: Work with resellers and distributors to facilitate renewals and strengthen channel relationships.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and renewal metrics to management.
* Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer and transaction data is maintained accurately within sales systems.
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in sales, renewals, or a busy office environment with exposure to targets.
* Strong communication skills (phone and email) and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Highly organised with proficiency in everyday software tools (Word, Excel, CRM systems).
* Interest in technology and cybersecurity; SaaS experience is advantageous.
* Team player with resilience and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
