Are you passionate about public policy and its impact on innovation and society? Do you want to work at the intersection of technology, government, and public interest? We’re looking for a Government Affairs and Public Policy Associate to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of policy and regulation.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and execution of policy initiatives that support business goals and public trust. You’ll analyze legislation, engage in strategic campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thoughtful, responsible, and forward-looking policy outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Support the development and implementation of public policy and government affairs programs.
* Monitor, research, and analyze regulatory and legislative developments that could affect operations, products, or users.
* Assist in shaping advocacy strategies and public campaigns on key policy issues.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams including legal, marketing, communications, and product to ensure policy compliance and readiness.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
* Contribute to strategic discussions on how policies intersect with business goals and public interest.
* Support problem-solving around complex policy challenges and develop innovative policy solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, or related field.
* Foundational knowledge of government affairs, policy development, and regulatory environments.
* Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
* Ability to understand and evaluate the societal and business impacts of policy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships across diverse teams.
Preferred:
* 1–3 years of experience in policy, government relations, regulatory affairs, or public administration.
* Exposure to fast-paced industries like tech, media, or communications.
* Experience working on policy campaigns or contributing to advocacy efforts.
