The hospital in Kildare is seeking a highly experienced physiotherapist to lead its respiratory physiotherapy services. As a senior physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions that directly enhance patient outcomes.
About the Role:
* Lead and coordinate delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services for patients requiring respiratory care in ICU wards.
* Deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for patients with acute respiratory conditions.
* Support early mobilization, discharge planning, and ongoing care through effective treatment and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead case conferences, MDT meetings, and ward rounds as required by the role holder.
2.
